Our WordPress plugin WP VisitorFlow has been released in a new version. The main new features are app support and data export:
WP VisitorFlow is now also available as an Android app. With this app the page view statistics of multiple WordPress websites can be gathered and viewed in one place. The only requirement is the installation of the WP VisitorFlow plugin on the WordPress website. Just install the app on your phone or tablet and follow the instructions.
Second released feature is a data export functionality. The recorded page view statistics can be exported in form of a CSV rawdata table.
The WordPress plugin WP VisitorFlow has been released in version 1.2.1. The main change is the translation to German. Next to English, this is the second fully supported language.
Other changes in this new version are zoomable flow diagrams and (already since 1.2.0) the possibility the exclude 404 error pages from the statistics.

WP VisitorFlow is now directly available from the WordPress plugin directory. This includes direct installation from the plugin’s admin panel of your WordPress website. Installation of the plugin is straightforward (as usual with WordPress):
Installation
From your WordPress dashboard
Visit “Plugins -> Add New”,
Search for “Visitorflow”,
Install the plugin and activate it from your Plugins page.
Upload the folder to your “/wp-content/plugins/” directory using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…),
Activate WP VisitorFlow from your Plugins page.
Once Activated
You will find WP VisitorFlow in the menu of your admin panel. The default settings will allow the recording of the visitor flow right away. If you want to go into detail and customize the recording process, please have a look at the settings and also into the documentation. Have fun with WP VisitorFlow!

Although tremendous amounts of data can arise from the flow on highly frequented websites, the plugin is optimized for minimized data storage and a minimum database access, which ensures no negative effect on your WordPress website’s performance. The data is stored directly on your own WordPress database, no third party tool or service is necessary. Last but not least, the software is being developed to fulfill strict data privacy regulations.
